Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying Manufacturers in India, Chennai
In dense phase conveying, powders, pellets, granules, flakes and other dry bulk resources are elated through a surrounded pipeline. This system makes use of compressed air to distribution resources at high-pressure & low-velocity from a pressure vessel finished a pipeline to single or multiple destinations), wherein the product and the air is separated through a filter. In most cases, abrasive, friable or blended resources need a dense phase system, and the delivery process, for the products being conveyed, is quite gentle.
Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying in India, Chennai
Our in-depth knowledge and vast experience in designing reliable dense phase pneumatic systems is the reason why we are a leading manufacturer of dense phase conveying systems in India.
Dense Phase Vacuum Conveying use high capacity vacuum pumps to convey materials from a feed hopper or silo to a Receiving Vessel where the air and product are separated by a filter. When this vessel is full, the vacuum is isolated and the conveyed product discharged into the destination silo. The product conveys through the pipeline at a controlled low velocity, usually in a fluidized state to reduce friction and pressure drop.
Advantages
- Minimal degradation of the material
- Minimum maintenance
- Minimal wear on pipe and components for long life
- Low operating costs
- No wasted material
- Low air/energy consumption
