Ship Loader
Ship loaders are available with telescoping and slewing variants as fixed or rail-moving equipment. Shuttling and slewing screw-type loaders can be equipped with a scissor-arm arrangement for even better access to all areas of the hold. Systems with loading rates as high as 12,000 t/h are available from us.
They come equipped with loading spouts that are tailored to the item to be handled, minimizing spillage and dust. These include lightweight, compact cascade-type bellows and flexible double-walled spouts.
At Koenig Conveyors Pvt. Ltd., all your requirements and parameters are taken into account. Each client has their own challenges and at Koenig, we give you the best service fulfillment there can be.
Types of Ship Loaders
Screw-type loaders: Screw-type loaders are completely enclosed and frequently used to handle powdery and dusty products including cement, clinker, sulphur, and minerals.
Aeroslide loaders: Cement, dry fly ash, and alumina are examples of easily-fluidized commodities that are typically handled using completely enclosed aeroslide ship loaders. Up to 80,000 dwt can be loaded onto ships. Since gravity is crucial to the operation of aeroslide loaders, they must be situated on a downhill slope. When height limitations are a big consideration, they may be ideal.
Belt-conveyor loaders: Coal, ores, minerals, grain, feedstock, and fertilisers are just a few of the bulky, gritty, and sticky products that the Koenig belt conveyor ship loader can handle. They can load ships up to 300,000 dwt and have low energy consumption. To protect goods and reduce spillage and environmental damage, belt conveyors can be covered.
